Bhagawad Geeta: Summary of Chapter 1 (Arjuna Visada Yog)

Bhagawad Geeta: Summary of Chapter 1 (Arjuna Visada Yog) Bhagavad Gita Chapter 1, also known as Arjuna Visada Yog , sets the stage for the epic conversation between Arjuna and Lord Krishna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. The chapter begins with Arjuna feeling immense despair upon seeing his relatives and loved ones on both sides of the battlefield, poised for war.
