Royal Challengers Bangalore Women secure convincing win over Gujarat Giants Women in Match 5th of WPL 2024In a thrilling encounter at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, the Royal Challengers Bangalore Women (RCBW) clinched a commanding victory against the Gujarat Giants Women (GGT) in the 5th match of the Women's Premier League 2024 on Tuesday, 27th February.
Batting first, Gujarat Giants Women managed to post a total of 107/7 in their allotted 20 overs. Hemalatha showcased her batting prowess with a notable contribution of 31 runs off 25 balls, while Harleen Deol supported the innings with a steady knock of 22 runs off 31 balls. However, the RCBW bowlers displayed exceptional skill and discipline, with Australian all-rounder Molineux leading the attack with a remarkable spell of 3 wickets for 25 runs. Renuka Singh also made a significant impact with figures of 2 wickets for 14 runs.
